SSBCI Loan Program

City of Albany Loan Programs

  • LOANS AVAILABLE UP TO $50,000
    • Each application will be considered on the basis of the company’s unique financial needs.
    • Interest rate based on market, up to 3 points above prime. Terms are typically matched to the life of the asset being financed or 3 to 5 years for working capital.
    • Collateral is required
    • $150 non-refundable application fee
    • Loan proceeds can be used for equipment, inventory, working capital or for business or franchise acquisition
    • Documentation is required
    • City of Albany Businesses Only – the business must be located within the City of Albany to qualify
