Our Lender Database Module Creates Options to Grow Your Business while Building Business Credit

Please Read: Lender Database Links

This is a brand new module that provides you a list of lenders that provide various sources of funding. We have provided additional details for some of the lenders with links.

In this module we provide you access to our highly researched database of lenders. Each lender listed offers different loan products to meet your personal and/or business funding needs. If you need funding for working capital, buying a company truck, leasing equipment, purchasing inventory or hiring staff; a loan or funding product can provide the capital you need plus further strengthen your company's creditworthiness.

Remember, a bank issued loan or line of credit reporting on your company's credit reports are extremely powerful. It shows other lenders that your business has met lending approval and passed the strict underwriting requirements imposed by the majority of lenders.

In this lender database we provide the following information:

  1. Which credit reporting agency they pull from
  2. If the lender is a business credit reporter
  3. The personal funding programs they offer
  4. The business funding programs they offer
  5. The financial education, assistance and other resources they provide

*N/A => means data not available from the lender or does not apply

Prior to applying for a loan or line of credit we suggest that you meet the following criteria:

  • Personal credit scores of 680+
  • D&B Paydex® Score of 80

How to Get the Maximum Benefit from Lenders that Report to Business Credit Agencies

Prior to applying for funding with any of these lenders it's essential that your business have a DUNS Number already issued. Without a DUNS Number registered for the business, any credit data sent about your business will not be able to populate in a report.

Building a credit file through Experian Business is done when a lender sends reporting data on the business including but not limited to the company's name and tax identification number.

Why use lenders that report business loans to the business credit agencies?

  • Helps your business to build credit history separate from your personal credit history.
  • Positions a maturing business to get business credit that does not require a personal guarantor.
  • Enables your business to access more affordable mainstream credit, vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Gain greater visibility in the business lending community

Which type of business borrower will benefit most from these lenders?

  • Small business borrowers who have moved beyond the start-up phase.
  • Business owners looking to graduate to mainstream, larger commercial loans down the road. These lenders provide a stepping stone to accomplish just that.
  • Business owners that want to get funding in the company's name and build business credit history.
